Requesting Extended Visitor Parking

If a visitor needs to park beyond the standard visitor permit duration, you can submit an extended visitor parking request to your property manager through iStall.

How to request an extension

  1. Go to istall.app/account and sign in.
  2. Under Parking Management, click Extended Visitor Request.
  3. Fill in the details — the visitor's vehicle information, the reason for the extension, and the requested duration.
  4. Submit the request. Your property manager will review it and approve or deny it.

What to expect

Extended visitor requests are reviewed by your property manager, not by iStall. Approval times depend on your property's management processes. You'll be notified of the decision through your account. If approved, the extended permit will appear in your active parking sessions.

This is also useful if you need temporary parking while arranging a permanent stall — for example, if you've just moved in and are waiting for your resident permit to be set up.
