Registering Visitor Parking

Many properties use iStall to manage visitor and guest parking. If your property offers visitor parking, you or your guest can register a vehicle for a temporary parking session.

How to register a visitor

1. Go to istall.app and enter the property's Location ID.
2. On the parking type selection page, choose Guest Parking Permit (or the equivalent visitor option for your property).
3. Enter the visitor's vehicle information — license plate number, and any other required details.
4. Complete the registration. The visitor's vehicle is now authorized to park for the permitted duration.

Important details

• Duration: Visitor permits are typically valid for a set period (often 24 hours), determined by your property's configuration. Check the confirmation screen for the exact expiry.
• Limits: Some properties limit how many visitor passes a single license plate or unit can use per month. If you hit the limit, you'll see a message during registration.
• Parking areas: Visitor parking is usually restricted to designated visitor parking areas. Parking in non-visitor spots may result in a violation notice.
