How to Get a Copy of Your Parking Receipt

If you need a copy of a parking receipt or confirmation for a past session, you can access your parking history through your iStall account.

Finding Your Parking History

1. Sign in to your iStall account at istall.app or through the iStall mobile app.

2. Navigate to your parking history or session list. This shows all past registrations associated with your account.

3. Locate the session you need a receipt for using the confirmation number or date.

If You Cannot Find Your Session

If the session does not appear in your account history, it may have been registered under a different account or email address. You can also try searching by confirmation number, license plate number, or date and location.

Requesting a Receipt From Support

If you are unable to locate the record in your account, contact iStall support and provide:

Confirmation number (if available)
License plate number
Location ID or property address
Approximate date and time of the parking session
