Creating an iStall Account

An iStall account lets you manage your parking registrations, save payment methods, view transaction history, and update your vehicles — all from one place.

How to create an account

1. Go to istall.app.
2. Click the menu icon in the top-right corner and select Sign Up, or navigate to the Account page.
3. Enter your email address and create a password.
4. Verify your email address using the link sent to your inbox.
5. Once verified, you can sign in and access your account.

What you can do with an account

• View Active Parking — see all your current registrations and update vehicle details.
• Manage Payment Methods — save or update credit card information for paid parking.
• Manage Recurring Payments — view or cancel auto-renewing parking subscriptions.
• View Transactions — review past payments and request refunds.
• Request Extended Visitor Parking — ask your property manager for additional time.

Do I need an account to register?

No. You can register for parking without an account. However, creating one makes it easier to manage ongoing parking, especially if you have recurring billing or need to update your vehicle information later.
