Understanding Your Lot Dashboard
When you open a specific property from the Manager Dashboard, you'll see a summary of everything happening at that lot. Here's what each section means.
Parking Sessions
Shows the total number of Active Parking Sessions at this property. Click Manage Parking Sessions to explore all parking activity, filtered by plate, building, unit, parking type, or date. You can also drill into individual vehicle and unit details, or export records.
Attention Needed
Flags items that require your review — specifically Refund Requests submitted by users and Pending Parking Requests (such as extended visitor parking requests that need approval).
Visitor Parking Stats
A snapshot of visitor parking activity at your property, including the average number of daily visitors, peak visitor time, and average sessions per visitor. Click Details to see more granular data.
Visitor Parking — Potential Abuse
Highlights patterns that may indicate misuse of visitor parking, such as plates, units, or codes with unusually high usage. Click Details to investigate specific cases.
