Reviewing Refund and Pending Requests

Your lot dashboard includes an Attention Needed section that surfaces items requiring your review.

Refund Requests

When a user submits a refund request through their account, it appears here. You can review the details of the original transaction, the reason for the request, and approve or deny the refund.

Pending Parking Requests

Some parking types require manager approval before activation — for example, extended visitor parking requests. These appear as pending requests on your dashboard. Review the details and approve or deny based on your property's policies.

Staying on top of requests

Check the Attention Needed section regularly. Unresolved refund or parking requests can lead to support tickets. Prompt responses improve the experience for your residents and reduce the volume of escalations.
