Viewing and Editing Your Parking Sessions

Once you've registered for parking, you can view all your active sessions and make changes from your account.

Viewing your active parking

1. Go to istall.app/account and sign in.
2. At the top of the Account Management page, you'll see a summary showing your Active Parking Sessions, Upcoming Parking Sessions, and Active Recurring Payments.
3. Click View Active Parking under Parking Management to see the details of each registration — including the property, parking type, vehicle, and expiration.

Updating your vehicle

If you need to change the vehicle associated with a parking session (for example, you got a new car), open the session from View Active Parking and follow the prompts to update your license plate and vehicle details.

Requesting parking enforcement

If you believe someone is parked in your assigned spot without authorization, you can request parking enforcement directly from your active parking session.
