Setting Up Visitor Parking

Visitor parking allows residents and their guests to register temporary parking for a defined period. Configuration controls the duration, limits, and access requirements.

Key configuration options

• Duration — How long each visitor permit is valid (commonly 24 hours).
• Usage limits — Maximum number of visitor passes per license plate or per unit per month. This helps prevent abuse.
• Parking areas — Which stalls or areas visitors are allowed to park in.
• Registration requirements — Whether visitors can self-register, or whether a resident must register on their behalf.

Monitoring visitor parking

Once configured, property managers can monitor visitor parking usage through the Manager Dashboard's Visitor Parking Stats and Potential Abuse detection features.
