Admin Portal Overview
The iStall Admin Portal is the central configuration hub for managing parking properties, enforcement settings, and system-level operations. It is accessed at istall.app/admin.
What you can do from the Admin Portal
- Lots — Manage individual parking lots, including patrol rules, contact information, and override settings for each property.
- Lot Groups — Configure default settings shared across multiple lots, such as enforcement policies and fee structures.
- Refund Requests — View and manage refund requests submitted by users, or create new ones manually.
- Yardi Import — View and manage imported data from Yardi, including tenant and stall assignment synchronization.
- Impersonate User — View the site as a different user to troubleshoot their experience.
- Change Logs — Review changes performed by users to objects under your access.
- Reset User Password — Reset a user's password by entering their email address.
Access requirements
The Admin Portal is restricted to users with administrator-level access. If you need admin access, contact your organization's iStall account owner.
