Configuring the Manager Dashboard

The Manager Dashboard is the primary interface for property managers to monitor and manage parking at their properties. Its configuration determines what data and tools are available to managers.

Dashboard components

The Manager Dashboard displays parking session summaries, attention items (refund and pending requests), visitor parking statistics, potential abuse detection, and lookup tools. The specific metrics and thresholds shown depend on the property's configuration.

Manager access

Dashboard access is controlled through user access levels. Administrators assign manager-level access to users through the admin portal, granting them access to specific lots or lot groups.

Customizing the dashboard

The dashboard automatically reflects the lot's configuration — if visitor parking is enabled, visitor stats appear. If enforcement is active, violation lookups are available. No separate dashboard configuration is needed; it adapts to what's configured for each lot.
