Viewing Transactions and Requesting Refunds

You can review all payments you've made through iStall and submit a refund request if needed.

Viewing your transaction history

  1. Go to istall.app/account and sign in.
  2. Under Billing, Payment Methods, and Refunds, click View Transactions.
  3. You'll see a list of all your past payments, including the date, amount, property, and parking type.

Requesting a refund

If you believe you were charged in error or need a refund for another reason, you can submit a request from the View Transactions page. Select the transaction and follow the prompts to submit your refund request.

Refund requests are reviewed by iStall or your property manager. Processing times vary, but you'll be notified of the outcome through your account.
