Looking Up Plates, Units, and Records
The lot dashboard provides four lookup tools for quickly finding specific parking information.
Plate Lookup
Search by license plate number to see whether a vehicle is currently registered, which unit it's associated with, and its parking history at your property.
Unit Lookup
Search by unit number to see all vehicles and parking sessions associated with that unit, including active registrations and permit usage.
Parking Record Lookup
Search by confirmation code to find a specific parking registration. Confirmation codes are issued when a user completes registration, and can be used to verify that a vehicle is authorized to park.
Violation Lookup
Search by violation reference number to review the details of a parking violation issued at your property.
Using the lookups
Each lookup is located on your lot dashboard. Type your search term into the relevant field and click Search. Results will show the matching records with full details.
