Managing the Allow/Deny List

The Allow/Deny List lets you permanently authorize or block specific license plates at your property, regardless of whether they go through the normal registration process.

How it works

• Allowed plates are always permitted to park at your property, even without an active registration.
• Denied plates are blocked from registering for parking. If a denied plate attempts to register, the system will reject it.

Adding a vehicle to the list

1. On your lot dashboard, find the Allow/Deny List section at the bottom.
2. Click Add New Vehicle.
3. Enter the license plate number and select whether to Allow or Deny it.
4. Save the entry.

Viewing and editing the list

Click View List to see all plates currently on your Allow/Deny List. From here you can modify or remove entries as needed.

Common uses

• Permanently allow property staff vehicles, maintenance vehicles, or emergency vehicles.
• Block vehicles that have repeated violations or have been flagged for removal.
