Managing Recurring Payments

Some parking registrations are set up with recurring billing — your parking automatically renews each month and your saved payment method is charged. You can view and cancel these from your account.

Viewing your recurring payments

1. Go to istall.app/account and sign in.
2. The summary at the top shows your Active Recurring Payments count.
3. Under Billing, Payment Methods, and Refunds, click Manage Recurring Payments to see details.

Cancelling a recurring payment

From the Manage Recurring Payments page, select the subscription you want to cancel and follow the prompts. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — your parking remains valid until then.

What happens if my payment fails?

If a recurring charge is declined, iStall will notify you. Update your payment method under Manage Payment Methods before the next billing attempt to avoid losing your parking registration.
