Managing Payment Methods

If your property charges for parking through iStall, your payment information is stored securely in your account. You can update or remove saved payment methods at any time.

Updating your payment method

  1. Go to istall.app/account and sign in.
  2. Under Billing, Payment Methods, and Refunds, click Manage Payment Methods.
  3. You'll see your saved payment methods. From here you can update card details or add a new card.

Important notes

  • iStall processes payments through Worldline (formerly Bambora). Your card information is handled securely and is not stored on iStall's servers.
  • If your card is declined during a recurring payment, your parking registration may lapse. Update your payment method promptly to avoid interruption.
