Deleting Your iStall Account

If you no longer need your iStall account, you can request that it be deleted.

Steps

1. Go to istall.app/account and sign in.
2. Under Account Management, click Manage My Account.
3. Look for the option to delete your account and follow the confirmation steps.

Before you delete

• Cancel recurring payments first. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. Go to Manage Recurring Payments and cancel any active subscriptions before deleting your account.
• Active parking may be affected. If you have current parking registrations, they may become inaccessible after deletion.
• This action is permanent. Your account data, transaction history, and saved payment methods will be removed. You would need to create a new account if you want to use iStall again in the future.
