Managing Notifications and Phone Numbers

iStall can send notifications about your parking sessions, including reminders and expiration alerts. You can manage how these are delivered and which phone numbers are associated with your account.

Steps

  1. Go to istall.app/account and sign in.
  2. Under Account Management, click View Notification Settings.
  3. From here you can update your phone number(s) and configure how you receive notifications.

Adding or changing a phone number

Your phone number is used for SMS notifications and may also be linked to your unit at your property. If you've changed phone numbers, update it here so you continue to receive parking-related alerts.

If your property requires a phone number to be associated with your unit for visitor parking or other features, your property manager can also update this from their side.
