If you believe a parking notice was issued in error, you may submit an appeal through the iStall fine portal. Appeals allow you to provide additional information or documentation for review by the parking operator who issued the notice.

There are several ways to locate your violation and begin the appeal process.

Option 1 – Scan the QR Code

If your violation notice includes a QR code, you can start the appeal process directly from your phone.

  1. Open your smartphone camera and scan the QR code printed on the notice.

  2. This will take you to the violation details page.

  3. Click Appeal at the bottom right corner of the page.

  4. Complete the appeal form and submit your explanation or supporting documentation.

Option 2 – Use the Reference Number

You can also locate your violation using the reference number printed on the notice.

  1. Visit the payment and appeal website listed on the notice.

  2. Enter the Reference Number in the Reference No field.

  3. Click Search.

  4. When your violation appears, click Appeal at the bottom right corner of the page and submit your appeal.

Option 3 – Search by License Plate

If you no longer have the violation notice, you can still locate it using your vehicle’s license plate number.

  1. Visit the iStall fine portal.

  2. Enter your license plate number in the Plate field.

  3. Click Search.

  4. Locate the violation and click Appeal to begin the process.
