Can't Sign In to Your Account
If you're having trouble signing in to iStall, work through these steps.
1. Check your email address
Make sure you're using the same email address you used to create your account. If you have multiple email addresses, try each one.
2. Reset your password
On the sign-in page, click Forgot Password and enter your email address. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset link. The link expires after a limited time, so use it promptly.
3. Clear your browser cache
Outdated cached data can occasionally cause sign-in issues. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try again.
4. Try a different browser or device
If the issue persists, try signing in from a different browser or device to rule out a browser-specific problem.
5. Contact support
If none of the above resolves the issue, contact iStall support. Include the email address you're trying to sign in with so the support team can look into your account.
