Can't Find Your Location ID

The Location ID is a number displayed on the iStall parking sign at your property. It identifies your location so iStall can show you the correct parking options.

Where to look

The Location ID is typically found on the parking sign at the entrance to your parking area or near the visitor parking section. Look for the iStall logo and a number — this is your Location ID.

If there's no sign visible

• Use the map: Go to istall.app and click Search Map. Locate your property on the map and select it to begin registration without needing the ID.
• Ask your property manager: They can provide the Location ID for your property.
• Check your welcome materials: Some properties include the Location ID in move-in packages or parking information sheets.

The Location ID I entered doesn't work

Make sure you're entering the number exactly as shown on the sign, with no extra characters. If the ID returns an error or shows a different property, the sign at your location may be outdated. Contact your property manager or iStall support.
