If you cannot find your vehículo, it may have been remolcado from private property due to a parking restriction or violation.

Before assuming your vehículo was stolen, we recommend checking whether it has been remolcado and relocated to an instalación de corralón.

Paso 3 — Si su vehículo no aparece

If the system does not show your vehículo:

• The vehículo may have been recently remolcado and not yet entered into the system

• The vehículo may have been remolcado by another remolque company

• The vehículo may have been relocated within the property
