If you have reached your visitor parking limit, or your guest requires parking for a longer period than normally permitted, you can submit an Extended Visitor Request through your iStall account (if enabled at your property).
Extended requests are subject to property rules and manager approval.
Before You Begin
You must have an active iStall account.
You should attempt a standard visitor registration first, if available.
Not all properties allow extended requests. If you do not see the option in your dashboard, the feature may not be enabled for your location.
How to Submit an Extended Visitor Request
Step 1 – Sign In
Go to iStall.app and click Sign In (top right corner in the three lines).
Step 2 – Access the Extended Visitor Request Form
Once logged in:
OR
Click the three lines in the top right corner
Select My Account
Choose Extended Visitor Request
Step 3 – Complete the Request Form
Enter the required details:
Plate Number
Location ID
Start Date and Time
End Date and Time
Reason for Request
Phone number (if applicable)
Unit number (if applicable)
Be as clear and detailed as possible in the Reason field. Property Managers review this information when deciding whether to approve the request.
Incomplete requests may be delayed or declined.
Step 4 – Submit
Click Send Request.
You will receive confirmation that your request has been submitted.
What Happens Next?
Requests are reviewed by your Property Manager or Administrator.
Processing typically takes 2–3 business days.
You will be notified by email once a decision has been made.
Approval is not guaranteed and is based on your property’s parking rules and availability.
If you do not see the Extended Visitor Request option in your dashboard, or if you see an error saying "This lot does not allow parking requests", it means that extended parking requests are not supported at your location and you need to visit the property management to make this request in person.
