How to request extended parking for your guests using iStall Visitor Management
If you have used up the free visitor parking passes that have been allocated to your unit or license plate, and need to request extra parking, or if you have extenuating circumstances (i.e. your visitor will be staying with you for an extended period), you can request a parking pass with a specified length using your iStall account.
Step One
You will need to create an account in iStall first. See here for more details on creating an account.
Step Two
Once you have created an account and verified your information, sign in to iStall.ca.This can be done by clicking "Sign In" on the top right hand corner.
Step Three
Once you are signed in, Select Account from the top right corner to view your Account Settings, or simply click the link below.
Step Four
Under Account, click on Extended Visitor Request, or simply click the link below.
Step Five
Enter in the information seen below. Note that if you do not give enough information, such as your email address, name and the reason for the request, the manager or admin may not approve your request.
It is best practice to include all details of the request. You are trying to convince your Property Manager to grant an exemption here, so help them out with as much information as you've got!
